I bought the laptop for $50. Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, T7700 @ 2.40GHz, 2.39
Ghz, 2.00 GB of Ram...Dell. It was well worth it. I use the laptop with my
roland sonic cell, and my yamaha an200. Both units have editors similar to
what ak.sys does.

turn it on and make some music :D ..Aksys is great though i never got much
use of it after i installed windows 7 (as in can no longer use it), now i
just have my sample library on an external HDD and load them up from there,

get? I already have the good laptop, is it a screen alone that I simply
wire to the laptop? Tell me about the tricks. I have been reading up on a

Not sure the exact limit but you can drag and drop many files thru ak.sys.
If you have a corrupted file in the group it will shut down though. I have
dragged and dropped at least a gig. Takes a little time because it is going
through USB.

can you drag files off the sampler and onto the windows drive? If so, how
