I’ll take the “brostep”. Truth is, yeah this might have been considered
dubstep back in the day, but it’s definately not considered dubstep by
todays standards. Stop living in the past Mic Jagger, call it oldschool
dubstep if you want, just don’t call our generations dubstep, “brostep.”
What an insult. I feel like I should have hair gel in and be up to date on
all of my Jersey Shore one liners because you call my favorite type of
    music “brostep”.

    Odeeeeeeeeed.

  6. Odeed Aug, 23 - 2014 +reply

@Mach1Entertainment And I am most comfortable with the way I arranged my
    sounds. 🙂

  7. WeAreOutCasts13 Aug, 23 - 2014 +reply

would you recommend a “Maschine Mikro” for beginners ?

  8. Odeed Aug, 23 - 2014 +reply

@halomachine1977 Thank you. Finally someone that gets it.There are to many
14 year old kids that think “bro-step” is the only dubstep.

  9. mesuhlikemusic Aug, 23 - 2014 +reply

This sounds more like house music than dubstep.

  10. BAC0N FL1PS Aug, 23 - 2014 +reply

how can i get one of thoes?

  11. Odeed Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

to dubstep,or not dubstep, that is the question.

  12. joebeer55 Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

    @odeed its not dubstep

  13. fluffjelly Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

@TheCoolyBoy jesus you’re right as well, I was thinking the rhythm was a
bit tropical you know, feeling like chase and status maybe (eastern jam
sorta sound) skipped a bit through the video, bassline played, major key,
    facepalm ><

  14. themcloew Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

man this is sick but it would be 20 times better in my opinion if the
melody was in minor key. make it dirty ya no

  15. Graham C. Gibbs Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

you need some WAA WA WWAWAWAWAWAWWAAWAAAH

  16. djninja888 Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

wtf is that? i don’t know how to use a mpc but sit me in front of one and
ill make something that actually sounds like dubstep! that sounds more like
    funky house

  17. Ones Nzeros Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

    Great job

  18. BagulMR Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

you really dont have a clue do you mate.

  19. Unknown Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

    wack

  20. Odeed Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

@mahlithebest And you do not know what 4/4 means.Dubstep is 4/4,but yes the
kick rides on the 3rd beat in the measure, giving it a 70 bpm type feel. Also
it does not matter where you are from man,I really hope you are just joking
around. The term “dub” in dubstep means they were taking from the reggae
“dub” sound. The “wub-wub” has nothing to do with it and came much later. You
should check up on your history man.

  21. Noneofyour Business Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

drums are sick… bass is garbage

  22. dante666diaz Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

@PuCCiPuCCe Who cares? Its a matter of preference, nothing more.

  23. lewishamse4 Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

    not dub step

  24. Lam ine Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

    @odeed amen

  25. Chizzle0113 Aug, 24 - 2014 +reply

@odeed you obviously don’t understand its the whole 1/2 but your making
this in 4/4. Dubstep is actually 140bpm but the drums are half timed. This
sounds more like house music. The whole wub-wub thing is meant to double
the slow syncopated drums. I should know dude I’m from the UK. We invented
this shit years ago and the North Americans only just clocked on to it.
